Thanks in part to the primary presidential campaign of Bernie Sanders and the election of Donald Trump, Americans are checking into the Democratic Socialists of America.  DSA's membership has doubled from about 6500 to over 14000 since May 2016.

We share a broad democratic socialist vision and welcome different points of view on issues like electoral politics. We welcome democratic socialists who work in the Democratic Party, Green Party or any other party who share that vision. Many of our members are also members of other socialist groups and parties.. all are welcome to join us to build a larger movement!
